You are never going to be a giant.

Boys are always taller than their mothers and at 17, there is a possibility you maybe grow a centimeter or so but not much more, I'm afraid.

Hello, Chinese guy from reading your question i can tell that you have a serious problem with growing. I will give you some advice to help you grow tall about 6 ft. or more.
To grow more inches go to a pharmacy near your house ask the pharmacy if they sell and vitamins that have a lot of calcium that also includes vitamin D. Drink a whole gallon of milk every day and eat a lot and when your 21 yrs. old you should be about 6 ft. or more. Good Luck!!! I hope you get to 6 ft. with my advice.

You still can grow taller. Don't be too stress, it'll result in stop growing. You should sleep early every night and at least 8 hours a day. Besides that, don't diet. You must et more in order to gain more nutrients that is needed in growing taller. Diet only after you think you've grown tall enough.

male growth is as follows. First you grow hair and stuff at the first sign of puberty. then you have a constant but slow rate of growth. by around 17-19 you can have another few inches of growth and development however you must: Not Smoke, and eat as healthy as possible, this means eat the vitamins and minerals you need not just air and salad sandwiches and plenty of protein.

It is certainly possible but not likely. But the best thing is to like yourself as you are. Everyone is different. Big is not better. You can't do anything about your size, but you can do something about the kind of person you are. Treat people with love and respect and they will be drawn to you. Grow inside - in your heart. Seek God and you will find Him.

It is possible that you could get another couple of inches, then again that might be it.
You can try hanging from a bar or something, it has worked for others. Try it for a couple of months and see what happens.

Good Luck, No Rules

Who cares dude. I know some short people who are awesome because of their outlook on life and their attitude. Your height does not matter at all in the end.
Look on the bright side. Shorter people can be more muscular and develop muscles faster.

given your parents height you may never be that tall, how ever you may still grow an inch or two as we don,t stop growing as a rule till we are around 21 years of age. you may hit a growing spurt and shoot up.

You may grow a little bit tall, but this could also be it. Don't be sad. It's not much better up here (I'm 5'11"). All you have to do is be confident, but not too cocky, and the chicks will flock to you.

It depends on nature and not vitamin or milk. From records, you can add more height till you are 21. Stop worrying yourself about this issue of yours. Whether short or tall, it doesn't matter.
