A 2dr cpe as a # 1 is worth $15,000 (add 30 % for W45-W30 or W31) So depending on your purchase price, is it worth it, What shape the body is in, The paint ($3,500 to $5,000), The upholstery, If you have some else do it $3,000, and if the engine bay needs detailing $200.00, Wiring could get expensive if you have to replace the wiring harness, and if you have no knowledge of wiring, So How much do you want to spend?

Just needs an interior? That's a big just. You'll spend months and thousands of dollars on that. Wiring isn't too bad on that old thing if you're a good electrician. Impossible if you're not. A high grade paint job can run over $3000 by itself.

i own a repair shop, and i have done several restorations, there's not enough room here to tell you even half of what you would need to know,i can tell you this, its going to be a long process,if you do it right,i have one now i been on for 6 months, and its finally starting to look like a vehicle again, and its a Chevy, there's more work in this than one person can handle, believe me after a few complete ones ,I'm about to get over the idea of restoring them, its a lot cheaper to buy one already restored than it is to do one, you,ll find out, like i did good luck i hope this helps.

Try Year One as a source. And use search engines to locate others. Cost depends largely on what needs replacing. As far as wiring, ask around at some local repair shops/dealers about whos the best at electrical. They generally know whos who in their local area, then approach the individual and ask. In my town theres a few that do it...a few simple questions and youll find out fast who NOT to take it to!!

Try searching a few hot rod forums, Oldsmobile forums or restoration websites. Too much to write here for 2 points, will need time, money and patience. Been working on mine for 2 years now.......
good luck........
