What's the best and the worst prank you have played on someone, or had played on you?

A coworker of mine was coming into work late everyday for about a week. Our boss was furious and told him that the next time he was late he was in for it. The very next morning he called in already an hour late and asked me to explain to our boss that he had to take his daughter to a doctor's appointment, you could tell he was hungover on the phone. I didn't tell our boss about the phone call, cause I didn't want to cover for him. When he finally showed up I told him that the boss was furious and he better go explain himself. He made a beeline for the boss's office and started bitching at the boss about why he was late. The boss, who didn't know anything to this point really let him have it. I sat at my desk and laughed my butt off.

One night in college my friends pulled the most embarrassing prank on me. I woke up to the feeling of something being pressed against my mouth. My friend was duct taping my mouth shut as others held me down. They all laughed at me, and I went, "MMMMMMMMMM!" They said that it was time for my birthday present. They then took out a little black dress. When I realized what they were planning to do I shook my head and mmmmmmmmphed like crazy. But it was no use, they forced me into the dress. They then tied my hands and feet together so I couldn't take it off. I felt completely humiliated and helpless as they carried me through the dorm like this. They then layed me on the counter in the lobby and said they'd be back in the morning. I stuggled but it was no use, I couldn't move or talk, and the counter was too high. I had to lay there and wait for help. I pleaded with people for help as they walked by, I struggled and mmmmmmphed. But they just laughed. My friends came back in an hour. By then a crowd had gathered, having fun at my expense. I had no choice but to lay on the counter, bound and gagged in a dress, as everyone ridiculed me. I began to worry, when people started to talk about taking me outside. My friends then picked me up, and carried me back to my room still tied up. Everyone thought this was hilarious.

During a heatwave I wrapped my BF's manhood in an ice filled facewasher while he was asleep. When he woke up he was frozen 'stiff' LOL!
He eventually returned the favour by inserting ice cubes into me...ohhh that burns. But the ice melts very quickly!

some guy fell asleep at work, so the rest of us turned out all the lights, closed all the blinds, changed the wall clocks to midnight, left the office - and then called him over and over again until he woke up and answered the phone.

i wrapped the entrance to my front porch with clear plastic wrap and recorded every one walking into it all day. OMG it was so funny!!!

i also put Nair hair remover in a shampoo bottle and my brother used it. messed it up pretty good.

Back when I was a teen the phone was ringing, I made a bet with my sister "Misty" I'm gonna answer the phone & say "Misty's f*ck shop!" she didn't believe me, but I did, & it was perfect timing, it was her relief society president from our mormon church,-my sister was apologizing to her like crazy, (back then we didn't have "caller I.D.")
