I used to do it all the time, until I realized the skin around my knees was starting to look old. I quit, a year later the skin looked healthy again. Sun or lamps, either way you're trashing your skin. When you hit your mid 30s, you'll curse yourself for all that time spent under the lamps or El Sol.

I really don' t think that you should neciserily fake bake because this could lead to skin cancer, but something that is not harmful at all is bronzing body gels that you rub on your skin to make it tanned. They come in all different shades depending on how tan you want your skin to look, and you can get it at any drugstore for a very cheap price. Usually the least that you pay for it is $3.00. It works...trust me! I have it and i use it because I have very fair skin. I highly sugest it!

I think it looks ridiculously orange, and I have tried all sorts of fake tanning dyes.
But as for real tanning, avoid it. Don't damage your skin cells. You'll look older in the long run.

I go to Mystic Tan all the time. I love fake tanning it's great... The newer ones look so realistic and natural without all the worries of sunburn etc.
Just don't go to a tanning bed. Those are dangerous and cause a lot of skin cancer.

If you want to fake it and not look orange use St Tropez tanning lotion..it is expensive and messy to apply but the results are beautiful...not orange at all :)

tanning beds give u cancer when u get older and make u look older,so dont do that if u get a fake tan

no! if you tan, you will pay for it later! fake tanning makes you become all wrinkled and can even cause cancer! get the bronzer or toner lotions to give you a subtle glow
