In my 64 years of breathing I have used this technique many, many times and it ALWAYS works!!!
I kill them with KINDNESS ~~~ it drives them absolutely CRAZY !!!

Stay away from them and ignore them if they try to do anything to you (assuming this person hates you in return). If the person does hate you and they get violent then let someone of authority handle it. As they say on The People's Court..."don't take the law into your own hands!"
People who are angry usually want attention from the person they are upset with. If you do not supply the attention then they will not "win". There is no satisfaction in being ignored...especially by someone you really want to upset.
Just for the record: there is no such thing as 'getting even' unless you want to sink to the same level as the person that you hate...and then you won't like yourself much either.

Kidnap them and lock them in your basement. Strap them to a bench with a titration device above their forehead. Set it to drip every three seconds until they go insane. If you want their sanity to last longer, adjust the drip every once in a while.

Ha ha, been there before. Nothing you really can do. Deprive them of your friendship or company, act like they dont even exist and put them and their bulls**t in your rearview mirror. That will usually irritate them more.

I hated my mum's ex boyfriend. I put PVA glue in his slippers, and grease on his car tyres. Neither of them had much effect though.....

i once had a neighbor who made alot of enemies and to scare them he would leave a pumpkin on your doorstep with a knife through its head with a sign on it that said you! it got the point across to everyone everyone feared him

get plastic surgery to like exactly like them and steal their identity and then commit a bunch of random crimes....lol
