This is usually caused by sweat. Try a little Lestoil, rubbed into the stain. Wash it with a little bleach in the water.

Don't use bleach! If it's sweat, then the shirt will be yellow and the fabric will be rough. If it's from your deodorant, it will be waxy. If the fabric is rough use a cleaner like Oxyclean or something that will get out grass and blood stains (like Era detergent) - If it's waxy, use something for grease stains. Soak the stains in that first and don't add water. Just put it on there full strength and let it sit for about an hour. Then throw it in the washer and it should come out fine!

This should help you with your perspiration stains, Rub out perspiration and other stains

Pretreating clothes with a paste made from 4 tablespoons baking soda and 1/4 cup warm water can help vanquish a variety of stains. For example, rub it into shirts to remove perspiration stains; for really bad stains, let the paste dry for about two hours before washing. Rub out tar stains by applying the paste and washing in plain baking soda. For collar stains, rub in the paste and add a bit of vinegar as you're putting the shirt in the wash. Good Luck !

Soak in 1 part white vinegar to 4 parts water. I would try it for 30 minutes and then rinse. then rub with liquid detergent, and wash in the hottest water that the material can take.
