Winnie is cute and easily lovable and likable. Who hates Winnie the Pooh, honestly? :)
But I have very fond memories of Teddy Ruxpin. I still have the Teddy talking doll that would play stories on cassette. When I was a kid, I literally played the tapes on him so much I broke him!
I'd have to say both hold a special place for me because of the memories.

What a different but awesome question!!! Teddy...he brought a lot of smiles to my face when i was a child and i can still remeber and i am 34 yrs old with kids of my own and i have the newer version for my kids.
