help gaining hp from a 99 g20t?

what are the best mods to make my 99 infiniti g20 quicker, any mods

it is very simple the engine is a big air pump
make it easy for air to go in and easy for hot air to go out and you will gain about 20 to 30 horses

cold air intake and 4 inches pepe from the engine to the back only one mufler no bends
about $600.00

Nitrous, or forced induction (turbo charger kit). There are chips and cold air intakes, but they don't do much.
