yes; it was a red-eye flight 747, i was coming home in my dress blues & the piolt & stewardesse came back & insisted i move up to 1st class. i protested at first saying i was no better than anyone else in coach, but the other passangers advised me to accept the honor with dignity. so i did. . they wanted to show their appreciation for my service.
they were all very kind

Only once, it was my first time flying so the really nice cute flight attendant wanted to keep me up by him so he could talk to me and keep me from freaking out. I wasn't going to freak out but whatever...I was just a little nervous....I was scared of crashing and dying. haha. Plus I was moving across the country and out on my own for the very first time so I'm sure I looked really upset...I had just stopped crying saying bye to my dad before my gate was called....but now I love flying- not as much as driving though.

I was once because I was flying home for a FUNERAL and the airline lost my reservation! I had to wait 3 hours for the next flight. As an "I'm sorry", they bumped me to first class. I have to admit, it was very comfy.....
