Can anyone give me tips on hitting, on the new game MLB 07--The Show (for PS2)?

What camera angles have you had the most luck with, in hitting? Is it helpful to guess pitch type/location? I get a few hits, but don't hit for very much power, and I have trouble scoring runs.
