Yeah you are right.. Most of the time, the only people to vote are the people who answered the questions. Those people always vote for themselves. As a result most of the questions typically end up in a tie.
1 point is not a lot, especially when you can get 2 points for answering a question. Answering questions is much quicker, because you typically don't read every single answer. You only really need to read the question..

Yes. I have noticed. There should be a separate section for undecided questions. Some go on for a long time without any resolve. I have had one question I put up for vote a very long time ago. It is still undecided.
