I am 13 1/2 and i am 5'7" and i weigh 120 is that a good or bad

Great! Perfect. You don't need to loose any weight. You may wish to add some muscle mass though to protect your bones. For 13 it's a fine weight. You will continue to add mass as you age. You'll need to for strength needed to take care of yourself. You could add up to 25 pounds and still be a healthy weight for your height. Sounds like you are small frame. You are fortunate and will contiue to be as long as you're active and eat well.

Well im 13 1/2 and im like 5'1" and i weigh 85 pounds.but yeah u are at an average weight

You sound fine and if you gained a few pounds more, it would be no big deal at all.

thats terrific!!! and btw....weight isn't near as important as how you look, because a lot of things factor into weight such as height and muscle index.
