The speed of burning of the candle is poof. It will be consumed immediately.

20.9 % oxygen the lower safe limit is 19.5 % under that u pass out. On the high side 23% and every thing will burn like it has gasoline on it. Haven't u heard about some nut that tried to sneak a smoke while he was in an oxygen tent,not good.
