Pedro had surgery in September so he is likely to be out until the end of July or early August.

Pedro Martinez told the AP that he's recovering well from shoulder surgery but still doesn't plan to return until at least midseason. "You have to let it run its course, so we're aiming for July or August as the return date," said Martinez.

Who knows?? Pedro is like New England weather: unpredictable. Some "experts" say he may not pitch until after the All Star break. Poor Mets!!
