Hi, CeCe. My name's Dr. D, Ev.G. I'm not sure where in the world most of the persons answering this question got their sexual education. However I have done several clinical rotations in that realm of feminine hygiene and related topics.
There are several ways to resolve the situation. However it may not be by directly making the vagina more sensitive. Depending on an exam that I do upon patients of mine, here are several ways I might treat you.
One method is to prescribe kegal exercises. These are exercises that will help you and your partner enjoy sex much more. However many do not adhere to the regular exercise regimen.
Another regimen is to prescribe a medication such as cialis, which has been called the woman's viagra.
Yes another, and the last one I will mention, is to prescribe either a male hormone, or combination male/female hormone combination. Depending on how severe the situation, the hormone resolution is the most definite way to see results.
Hope this helps.

I don't know, of anyway to make your vagina more sensitive. However, there is a sexual position, that probably is best for G-spot stimulation, the most sensitive area of the vagina.
Start from the female superior position, i.e., woman, on top. Swing one leg forward, and then the other, being careful not to lean back. This position, also, will give you, free access to your clitoris.

Am i the only female that has answered this question? I think there are some lotions and oils you can get an adult stores that are supposed to make it more sensitive down there and they have different flavors and scents. Sorry about all the guys, they can't help it.

The simplest thing to do is masturbate. Pay attention to the sensations, discover what feels the best. Much of the difficulty may be in your head
