Cincy is, followed by the Cubbies.
Baseball owners unanimously approved the sale of baseball's oldest franchise, the Cincinnati Reds, on Thursday to a group headed by produce mogul Robert Castellini.
The Castellini family founded a shipping company along the Ohio River in 1896, 27 years after the Cincinnati Red Stockings became baseball's first professional team.

There are several really old teams, i don't know who is the oldest, but you would have to think there would be a few equally as old since they would have to play each other. The Yankees, Brooklyn Dogers (LA Dogers), Chicago Cubs, THe Boston Red Sox, The Cincinatti Reds, the Cleveland Indians (the Spiders 1890's) and The Boston Beaneaters (the Atlanta Braves -1889) are some of the oldest that I know of.

The oldest continuously operating team is the Atlanta Braves. They began playing as the Boston Red Stockings in 1871, taking several players from the legendary Cincinnati Red Stockings team that had folded the previous year. (The current Reds team has no direct link to the original Red Stockings.)
The oldest team in its original city is the Chicago Cubs, who also began in 1871 (as the Chicago White Stockings) but didn't play in '72 and '73 because of damage and losses from the Great Chicago Fire.
