The challange will be to get all the clients to use the right form of security when they connect.
You can use WEP it is the oldest form of security and is supported by nearly all wireless client adapters. To use it you log into the router, setup a WEP key and apply.
Then go the each client and click connect use the same "key" when asked and your done.
The issue with WEP is that it is today NOT very secure. Someone with the correct "sniffer" software can read the code in a few minutes and be connected.
You can use WPA which is more secure and certainly is not easily read by any sniffing system. You do basically the same thing, Setup the router, then setup the clients to use the same pass code or phrase to connect.
The issue is that some older wireless clients can't use this method.
Next consideration is do you need to isolate wireless clients from the LAN. In other words to you want the wireless users to be able to use and see the "wired computers"? If you do then no problem the normal router allows just that wireless or wired are connected to the LAN.
If you do need to isolate the wireless from the wired you need a router that supports that isolation.
Next do you want or need to isolate wireless clients from each other. If you are an ISP the answer is YES. You don't want any connectivity between anyone on the wireless side nor on the LAN side. Again, different equipment is used and the setup is a little more complex.
Next do you need to be able to easily add clients and use different passwords for the connections. Well then you need to setup some RADIUS server to keep usernames, passwords, bandwidth allowances, useage times, charges etc (if needed).
There are others but that should get you started. (YOU really should do your own homework.)

NONE. I would reccomend securing your wireless router rightaway with a 26 Character WEP Key. It is the most supported way to secure your network from hackers that wardrive. If you want to know what wardriving is (Becuase that is a good way to find out how to secure your router), please go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_driving
Cheers!!
