I don't know this could be one o those catch 22 kind of phrase.
I know you are a sweet flirt,
and that I flirt alot, though JD makes me do it.
So in answer I would just take it as you are an addicted flirter.

Q 2: You couldn't be bad at anything you wanted to do. I know that as a fact because I have a higher opinion of you than anyone else here.
Being called a "horrible" flirt is sort of being called a "bad" dude. It takes on the opposite meaning. You are only as good at it as you try to be.
