Stop wearing contacts for alittle while and wear regualr glasses. Your eyes may be slightly allergic to the contacts and the cleaning solutions may irritate your eyes. Or your not cleaning them properly. also you could wear shades in the sun light and that would releive it tromendously by blocking out so much of the harsh waves.

I have been in this situation many times because i also wear contacts. So you would want to buy visine for your eyes. you will need to buy two different kinds. Visine redness relief and Visine tears. These two you can put in your eyes. use them both. Wear glasses for now, and when out in the sun just wear sunglasses. You can also out a cold wet clothe over your eye whens its closed of course. Because irritation of the eye also swollens the eyelid.

If you are having pain in sunlight, it sounds like you have uveitis. This is a real infection that should be treated by an eye specialist. I recommend you see one as soon as possible.

wear sunglasses and use Visine For Contacts and don't wear them for a while until your eyes are better.

This situation needs to be evaluated by your eye dr to see what could be causing this.
