How did that patch work on your car? Did it perform better?

You should be able to remove it with soap and water. Why is this post in car maintenance? Is the adhesive stuck on the seat or something? It shouldn't be a tough fix, just use some elbow grease.

Just use about 20 patches. The adhesive will still be there, but you won't care anymore.

Try some alcohol or get this stuff called goof off
