my family are planning to move to boston when i finish my gcse, will i be able to get into university there once i finish my gcse?

I'm not actually sure what a gcse is (and I'm a university administrator), but you can't just join a university; you need to be admitted. Assuming you have completed their prerequisites and done well, you stand a good chance of being admitted.
