no since stitches werent never used for a c- section. they use staples and take them out a week later. they did when i was born 29 years ago via c-section

24 years ago, surgeons used dissolvable stitches to sew up Mom (just like they do today) and used thread sutures on the outside. Those would have been removed 7-10 days later. There is no 'exit' unless you have some kind of open wound, but it's not going to be your stitches.

If you have a concern, you should see your doctor.

21 years ago my C-section required 12 staples. I know because I counted each one of them as they came out.

ah....Would love to know what prompted this question. "out through the belly", huh, hmmmm. That can't be good. May I suggest you get a real opinion, and not a yahoo answer for your concern.

No that is just not possible...I had a c-sec 20+ years ago and they used staples...
