My papa owns a movie. His name is George Loughborough. It is called The Milpitas Monster and made in 1976. Papa's movie has a copyright. There are 4 versions. Well, 5 versions now. The people who stole it own the SUBSTANCE copyright. Why do people have to steal my family's movie? I'm soooooo sad. Papa paid for this movie and I do NOT want it stolen. Whoever took it, please stop selling it. I will NOT DEAL WITH PEOPLE STEALING THINGS FROM PAPA.What can I do to get papa's movie back? I really want to be known for SOMETHING. Please? some support?

Everyone who helped make the movie were happy about my papa buying it and he does have legal rights for the movie not to be stoled. How would you feel if you made Spiderman and it was stoled from you? Its not fair!!! I will not accept negative answers!

If the people who "stole" it own any copyright to it, then they didn't steal it at all. If it were made in 1976 chances are no one would even want production rights to it. I don't quite think you know what you are talking about.

EDIT : "You are known for something. You're the person who says 'Papa.'" He's right ya know.

This was a high school class project for goodness sake. at what point did it stop being fun and become a "money for me" thing? They must grow a lot of sour grapes at milpitas. I realize now that the best way to honor papa is for everyone to stop selling and viewing this trash. a mistake that should be forgotten forever thanks to you.

You have something called a "father complex."

Just because your father paid for the movie, doesn't mean he should get ownership. What about the people who put all the effort into directing it, acting in it, editing it?

You are known for something. You're the person who says "Papa."
