If you're talking about pre-paid legal services or legal insurance, be careful before you buy. Some of those services they're selling nowadays aren't worth the paper they give you.

Some employers offer legal aid insurance for about that price. However, the services provided by that legal aid assistance is limited. Most such programs offer testamentary documents, bankruptcy aid, family law programs and lanlord/tenant assistance. You need to check to see what is covered. There may be legal aid programs available to the public outside of a particular employer but I am not aware of them. Check with your local bar association to see what might be available in your neighborhood.
