It makes me mad when I think I give a really good answer and put a lot of thought into it. It's not so bad if i get both- thumbs up, and down, but makes me think why did I even bother if only get thumbs down. I always give everyone who answers my questions a thumbs up unless I totally disagreed with them or it is a stupid answer.

It does make me slightly annoyed especially if I think I gave a good answer. It's not something that is going to impact my life though. Maybe they're just having a bad day and have to take it out on someone.
Now I have given a couple thumbs down but usually to real nasty, evil answer to friends.

I cant even give anyone a thumbs up or down either... I have been trying to reset my setting as its all weird. Only options I am able to do on this is either report or vote - that's it!! No thumb ups or downs... boo.

i sometimes get 40 to 50 thumbs down a day ( maybe cause im an atheist tell christians/muslimes god isnt real ) but when i get one for some sarcastic comment i dont mind at all

with leading answers to leading questions,
it gives the game away that i'm getting up some1s nose.
& as i'm entitled 2 an opinion that differs from theirs!
if they feel the need to & if makes them feel better,
they can thumbs-down me all they like.
so what?

No it doesn't bother me at all. Maybe they don't agree with the answer. Then again there are some people on here who just like being mean. Either way I 'm not going to lose any sleep.

i dont like it either. its just our opinions especially on p&s. i dont thumb down. although i think some of the answers some people give are just plain rude or perverted.

I dont do it either.I think everyones entitled to their opinion.I thumbs up good answers but who am i to say an answer is bad?...With regards to the thumbs down i get,no i couldnt give a flying fig.
