first of all...your weight has virtually no bearing on what size jeans you wear. Your hip and waist measurements are the only thing required.
that said, according to j crew's website you would wear an 8 - 10 for your waist and 4 - 6 for the hips. Banana Republic you are an 8 for the waist and 6 for the hips.
I would probably try a 6 or an 8. YOu need to fit your largest measurement, which in your case is your waist.

I am assuming you are a girl or asking for one because guys do not have hips. I am very similar to your measurements 5'4 1/2" 27 waist and 39 hips and I wear a 8 or 10 depending on which store I am shopping or a 11/9. I gravitate more towards strechty low rise jeans so I size by my hips not my waist.
