Hi. The phone company has been busy installing fiber optic lines all around here. They are only promising 5Mb/s though and I get 8 now. The 5 was $30 a month for six months. T3 service is much more than $50. More like $500 a month. http://www.ojai.net/t1_t3.aspx
And dude, I though you were joking about your password finder program. Always some script kiddie wanna be trying to get info like that. Do a search on pspv. This will give you a very strong hint as to what folks use.

Depends on what your Phone Company can offer you, usually they are the ones that handle larger types of bandwidth connections. There are other companies though but it depends on your area.

Prices can range, cheapest I've ever seen a T3 is around $300 a month. Only reason to get a higher line is if you have a business that needs such bandwidth.
