Go to the below link and download the free program called "Audacity", as well as a plug-in on that same page called "LAME MP3 encoder". Install Audacity, and put the LAME MP3 encoder in the same folder.
Now, start up Audacity and on the upper right you'll see a down arrow with the listing of "Line In". Click that arrow, and change the listing to "What U Hear". Now click on the record button in Audacity, and start up your wma file right after that in whatever program you use to listen to it. Once it's done, click on the stop button in Audacity, then on "File" on top, and choose "export as mp3". The first time you do this it'll ask for the location of the LAME mp3 encoder (only for the first time). Tell it where that encoder is, and then watch it convert the recorded music to an MP3. Hope this helps.

Hey there,
I found a free download of Audacity here http://bitly.com/Whuikq

Audacity allows you to edit all popular formats of audio files.
Check it out.
Good Bye

Download itunes, then have it scan your computer for files, it will find your wma's and ask if you would like to convert them to MP3's, say yes, and in a few minutes, you'll have your tunes. Enjoy.
