No, because it not really love. It is just an instinct infatuation, desire, and passion when you first see a person. Love takes time and you really have to know the person, you can't call an instinct meeting of someone love.

If you know why are you asking? Are you sure it is love? I do not believe it because you must get to know a person, their ways..beliefs...humor...compatability...etc. etc.
Seeing someone and saying you love them right then is a fantasy...but if you believe it that is your opinion, just be careful....you have to know someone well.
