I woke up this mornin and put my hand on my lower left side almost near my pelvic bone and felt it very tender to touch. When I run my hand over it I can feel a small bump. It doesn't hurt or anything unless I touch it. I have no symptoms like fever or burning when I pee so im not really sure what this is..
anyone have any ideas?

Only a doctor can tell you for sure but it is possible that you have an ovarian cyst. Many women get this cyst during their cycle and don't even know it. They do not always cause pain. These cysts usually go away totally on their own. If you have one that happens to rupture, it may be very painful at that time. Occasionally, one will not go away on its own so if the pain continues, please see your gynecologist for a check up.

Or if you develop other symptoms, indicating a different situation, please see the appropriate doctor. Severe pain or moderate pain require a quick investigation. Mild pain, without additional symptoms, can be monitored for a day or two but, if it still exists after that time, it should also be investigated.
