Go to the official websites of parker brothers, milton bradley, wizards of the coast, bicycle etc. popular card game companies. See if they have an email or phone number to someone who works there, and pitch your idea to them. If you are serious about this, it will require you flying out to meet them, talk to them, pitch your idea, showing them a prototype, and you may also have to spend money to patent or trademark the game. then, you have to convince them to buy your trademark/patent. It is very hard to do, almost impossible really. Best bet is to maybe ask a smaller company, but you will usually not get much money and the game will get almost no exposure. To be honest, it will probably never happen unless you know someone in the business, you are lucky, or you put alot of your time and effort into lobbying your game.

have you already checked into patent rights on it? Then you need someone to manufacture it in large quantaties. So you need start up cost for that. oh you do need money for patent.
Then you start pushing it. A lot of times walmart will just by the patent from you and do all the work. And pay all the start up cost.

A friend of mine sold a game to Waddingtons some years ago.
The game was called Golfwinks and centered around the game of golf, of course.
Try that avenue and make some cash!
