Does anyone remember NEBA Roast Beef or work for them-What was the recipe?

There used to be two of them in the Glens Falls, NY area-Excellent roast beef sandwiches on toasted rolls and tater tots that were seasoned to perfection. Did anyone work there that remebers how to make the sandwich and the tater tots?

quite a few years ago a company took over Neba and changed the name to:
Mr. B's Best Beef, but the food stayed the same.
