The drugs were in Howard sterns name. If it was accidental - then he was the enabler. The other guy at least said no....and got exiled by Stern.... he'll get his... 2nd degree manslaughter ...

More than likely it was accidental...though I think that's relatively speaking.
If anyone lived their life all wrong it was Anna Nicole Smith and on a number of different levels.
Did Howard K. Stern have anything to do with it? How could anyone think that? Just because he was in the same room as Anna and her son when they died? Just a coincidence.

Under the circumstances the situation is very fishy. First her son and then her. Who ever gets Danilynn will get the money Anna Nicole was suppose to be rewarded from her husbands estate. I'm sure there is something there that no one is talking about. This is so unfortunate, she did not deserve that, and her daughter doesn't deserve to be without a mommy. It's a shame, underneath it all I'm sure she was a wonderful person to know. She seemed full of life. It's also a shame her daughter has to go through so much pain when she gets older. All the terrible things said about her mother, not having her there will make it so much worse. That little girl doesn't deserve to have her mother taken, not for money, not for anything.

Accidental... For the most part, nobody accidentally overdoses on something. It usually happens because they want it to. However, it is possible that she did not read the instructions and did in fact overdose on a medication.

It really doesn't matter in the least to me. I don't understand the fixation about her. Who cares and why? She was just another tragic personality in the spotlight whose lifestyle caught up to her. Look around you and you'll see just a slew of people just like her, yet nobody is making them a pariah in the news. So what's the source of interest, really? Is it because everybody's lives are either so empty or meaningless that they have to grab onto someone else's life to give meaning to their own? What? Seriously!

Not me. The 'father' of the baby obviously wanted the money and wanted her out of the way, so he could get it. The son also must have been in the inheritance (prob before the daughter), so he had to be removed too.

I really don't see her committing suicide with a new baby. I think that she was just trying to get high and took too many pills.
