You have used up your store of feel good neurotransmitters and now you have to wait for them to be remade and for the levels to build up again ... was it really worth it ???
All those good feelings and love that you feel for your friends are already part of you so try a little harder and contact those feelings while you are straight !! Revelation .....who needs those damn drugs anyway !!
This is not even as minor as a hangover ... this is your precious brain you are playing with...as a previous answerer put it ..prolonged use can stuff up your chances of getting back to a happy balance ...
I have a friend who has permanent psych damage from an acid trip back in the 80's he cannot travel and he's on anti anxiety pills constantly...
Respect your body and mind a bit more guys!!!!!!
Why not decide you dont want to feel this crappy again and look at your choices!! Lots of love someone elses Mum

It might be too extreme for you, but one thing you might consider is this: Get a clue.
Mood-altering drugs generally work by forcing an unnatural surge of neurotransmitter chemicals across cell membranes in certain centers in the brain. Once that's done, you've used them up, so you'll have a time (as a rule of thumb, three or four times as long as the effect you were looking for) before you've produced enough to get back to normal. You're depleted until then, and there's nothing you can do about it. With prolonged use, this gets worse and worse until you can no longer produce enough ever to be normal. That's why what you did is stupid.

That's a normal response for post-ecstacy use. When you take it, the brain floods itself with serotonin, the "feel-good" hormone. Essentially ( this is simplified...) you brain uses up a few days' worth of serotonin, so most people who use ecstacy feel sad, depressed, physically unwell, emotion-less, etc. for 2-3 days after use. It's just part of the whole cycle.
People who use it must be willing to deal with that trade-off: one night of happiness and well-being, then 2-3 days of feeling like crap.

I'd take it easy for a little bit. Maybe a warm bath or whatever. Then, take it as a lesson learned. I wouldn't do it again if I were you. That stuff is terrible for you.

Never ever get on ecstasy again.
Now, drink water and healthy foods. fruit. Get out and take a good walk. And stop abusing your bodies with illegal drugs. These drugs are illegal for a reason. duh
