That would be schadenfreude= happy for another's
suffering or failure. It's from German:
schade = shame
freude= joy.

usually sadistic means:
1. hurting others for sexual pleasure: the gaining of sexual gratification by causing physical or mental pain to other people, or the acts that produce such gratification
