Grab a styrofoam cup from the break room, pick it up and dump it in the toilet. Then flush it. Without the cup. If there's blood, well, get some carpet cleaner.

First of all, calm down. This isn't a situation where the CSI team will be marking blood spatter and dusting for prints all over your office.
Now, if you can't bring yourself to pick up the corpse with paper towels and put it in the trash, call for the janitor. The alternative is to leave it until Monday, by which time it will definitely be making its rather odorous presence known.
Is there a dustpan available? If so, use it to pick up the not-so-dearly departed and take it outside to a dumpster or grassy area.

Well, you shouldn't just thorw it out in the trash 'cause it WAS a living thing. If I were you, I would do the right thing and give it a funeral. Like burrying it at the park.
