If you mean the Championship games, the first two AFTER the Merger were the Superbowl. Was this supposed to be a trick question? The AFL/NFL Championship Game(the FIRST TWO and the ones BEFORE it was the Superbowl) were BEFORE the merger.

AFL-NFL World Championship Game.

After 1970 (the official merger between the two leagues), it became the Super Bowl.
