okay lets break it down player by player

c- mauer is the best in the game when it comes to batting average among catchers...dont expect him to repeat that exact number but it will be above .300 and will hit more homers as well
1b- laroche is projected to hit 35-40 this year now i wont quite go that far but i do think he will hit 25-30 in pitt.... alot of those homers wil end up doubles instead
2b- iguchi is a solid contact hitter puts up decent numbers all the way around but nothing gaudy....id have to say he'll end up with 15-20/80/.290 for the year in chicago
3b- scott rolen is a good player but an injury risk he is very injury prone and thats an issue but if hes is healthy you should expect him to really produce this year hitting around 25/100/.290 for the year
ss-guillen just got the new contract he was playing for lol....had career year last year but dont expect him to repeat those numbers i expect a bit of a drop off but not a hell of a lot...i see him gettin 20/90/.290 and stealing 20 as well which is a plus for you
of- vlad is a streaky hitter but one of the best none the less ....he goes on absolute tears for weeks at a time always good for 35+/100+/.275 and could steal ya a couple..his shoulder is a risk though so you should probabyl watch out for that
of- dunn can hit a ball really wel but has an awful average becasue he is a free swinger they are saying he has been working on his swing and learning some discipline at the plate so i will go out on a limb here and say he will bat .270 hit 40 homers as usual and drive in just over 100... hopefully tinkering with his swing wont lose power
of- patterson is really good fit for your team because you need some speed...he is a good all around player he will hit ya 20/80/.290 and steal 30+ on the year ....good all around player
util- bonds is hated by everyone but smart pick...has been hittin the leather off the ball in spring training ...i see him hittin 25/70/.280 and walk a hell of a lot
bn- drew is a good young ss but hes still a year away from putting up excellent numbers i see him hittin 10/70/.275 in his first full year in the bigs
bn- pat the bat burrell lol is almost a lock for 30 homers every year and with rollins, howard, and utley in that lineup for protection he sees a lot more pitches to hit thus producing these: 30/90/.280
bn- freel is your only other true basestealer but cant play 3 or 2nd because positions are filled and outfield most likely is as well
dl- sanchez hit .344 last yera and 85 rbis i expect the rbis to go down a bit and average to be around .320 thats alll he is really good for becausa he got no power and no speed surprisingly either

as for your rotation
p- carpenter is a beast when healthy he could quite possibly strikeout 200 and win 16 or 17 games this year in st louis
p- oswalt can flat out pitch...he can really dial it up i expect a 200k season out of him....he is a workhorse and an innings eater...good for about 17 wins and era around 3.25 for the year in houston
p- street is good and young and somewhat reliable as well i see him saving 35 if oakland pitchers can give him the chance too
p- hoffman is always reliable year in and out good for about 30 saves or so and thats not going to change this year either era around 1 as well
p- lidge is a head case at best he will keep his job as closer he really has been erratic and not imrpoving i wouldnt be surprised one bit to see dan wheeler closing out the games by years end out in houston
p- wainwright has been excellent in spring trainign so far with an era of .93 in 5 starts and i dont see him losing it any time soon good sleeper
bn- otsuka is a good replacement for now for gagne but gagne is not hurt they are just going slow with him so otsuka is on borrow time right now

overall i would say your team is solid....your lineup has some power hitters and some players who hit for average and some for speed...a good mix all around...your sb are goign to come from guillen, patterson, and freel and your power is going to come from laroche, vlad, dunn, patterson, bonds and burrell and average from mauer and sanchez and guillen and laroche and rolen so youve got a good mix of everything over lapping here are a few sleeper picks to keep your eyes open for if you need one but id say your lineup doesnt need any major changes to it but here are the sleepers
c- iannetta who could have breakout year
1b- adrian gonzalez who will hit around 30+homers
2b- ty wigginton who can hit the deep ball and is eligible at multiple positions
3b- iwamura who will hit for average
ss- troy tulowitzki will as well have a breakout year at ss in colorado
of- chris duncan will hit around 30 homers this year
of- jonny gomes will hit alot of hw as well if healthy
of- brad hawpe is good for around 20 homers in colorado
util- nick markakis is going to have a stellar year for baltimore this kid is here to stay

and as for your rotation its solid but only 3 sp? you need at leats one more you have enough rp to win you saves category but take a look at some sleepers such as
sp- chuck james who has kept his era this spring around 1 in 5 starts will be stellar in atlanta this year
sp- clay hensley who has a good k rate should do fine in sd if healthy
rp- mike gonzalez will end up closer by yeras end over wickman
rp- valverde could shock alot of people has kept ball down this yera and could save around 30 games
p- wainwright who also has kept era around 1 this spring...(beat me to it lol)!!
p- jeremy sowers who proved he could pitch in cleveland last year shall repeat again thsiy ear
p- westbrook is consistent as they come
because you need one more starter
but other than that your team is very solid and you should be able to contend in your league
goodluck
hope i helped and have fun!!!!

Get Otsuka in your lineup. He is the #1 closer for the Rangers now Gagne is out and last year he was the #1 closer. He did nothing wrong to lose his #1 job except they signed Gagne. Get rid of Bonds! He won't play everyday, so you are going to lose valuable game stats you could have made with just about anyone else. There has to be a better 1B in FA than LaRoche. Dunn is going to kill your average, but if Mauer goes crazy like last year average won't be a big deal. You should get a few bench pitchers and downsize your offensive bench so you have more options when they are probable. Your offensive bench will rarely get used. Also, since you have your DL spot used, that gives you an extra bench spot for another player.

7 out of 10, still room for improvement offensively :)

Drop Bonds because he isn't going to be that good this year plus he won't play every day. Put stephen Drew at utility instead. As far as pitching goes, it is terrific but you many want to get another starting pitcher or two just to be on the safe side. Overall, hitting is okay but not great and pitching is terrific. My rating: An 8 out of 10.

78 out of 100. Your starting line up on offense is solid, but your bench is a little weak. As for your pitching, you need some more starting pitchers. With your extra bench spot, pick up a starting pitcher with upside, such as Daniel Cabrera or someone like that. I would also suggest that you trade a closer for a decent starter.

An 8 out of 10. That's a pretty good squad. You've got some good arms.
