I don't think that is such a great idea. Sometimes, those ideas turn out to be bad ideas you wish you never tried. Try to do something else if you are bored.
I wonder why nowadays with all the extra "toys" I never had when I was a teen, there never seems to be anything to do with the teens. I am in my 30's and you can find more things to do than possibly hurt someone. Didn't you see the news where the teens tried to do the same thing as you and one of them wound up being a quadriplegic? Broke his neck in a fall and had to be in a wheelchair and be fed and taken care of for the rest of his life. His friends kind of just left him too.
I think it is ok to try to make movies, but nothing stupid or dangerous. It really isn't worth it when you start to think of the consequences. They also thought they would be invincible.
You could go outside and do yard work for a neighbor who is elderly. Make friends with the new neighbors. Paint your bedroom. Make your own website. Go play basketball, plant a tree, Go see a movie, etc..... Please be responsible and show your parents that you are really responsible teens.
