Also, Why does the body feel cooler in moving air than in still air?
I know it has something to do with the fact that heat transfers from hotter to cooler, and heat capacity and phase change. But I really don't know how to answer these two questions exactly especially the second one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The sweat uses the body heat to evaporate. This cools the body because heat is taken away from it. Moving through the air causes more evaporation. The air right beside the body may become saturatedd, so fresh air will take more liquid.

Well the body sweats to remove heat in two ways the hot water escapes and also cause pores to open. also the water acts as a conductor to help cool body temp. as for wind it works much like dethawing meat under water faucet it transfers heat fast other wise the heat around object forms a warmer area around it and keeps it warm.

when you sweat water moves to your outer skin layer. this water (sweat) removes heat from your body in a procceces called conduction, ( a form of heat transfer). when this happens your body cools down. also the reason that you fell an extra chill when the wind blows is beacuse the sweats heat gets transferred into the air tempuature.
