My current car is Clarence, he's a Daihatsu jeep. HIs name just suits him.
I've had:
Pheobe - Landrover Series 3, a friend named her
Victoria - Citroen, she was plum coloured
Yvonne - Citroen, her reg. was YVO
Red - Volvo, her reg. was ROT, which is German for red
Casper - Volvo, can't remember why
Floyd - Volvo, bought from a Mr Floyd
Clive - Volvo, bought from a man living on Clive Road
Blossom - Volvo, cos she was white
Saffy - VW, cos she was absolutely fabulous
Sid - Daihatsu jeep, don't know it was my mums, and she named it.
Oh, I sound really eccentric now, and I'm honestly not. I just see characters in all my cars!

I call mine smaug, its named after the red fire spitting beast in the Hobbit, the car is a Clio Trophy so the colours right and with the disc/brakepad combination its got when you're hammering it and braking hard, sparks fly off the ones at the front.

My first mini was being rebuilt and I left it sitting on my friend's worksite next to a diesel generator. The generator exploded, covering the mini in diesel. I nicknamed the car "Disgusting Blob" thereafter and the name stuck.

My car's name is Chavez. No idea where that came from. It's a Bemmer so that makes absolutely no sense. Just the first thing that popped in my head.

Carolyn, named after the character Carolyn Burnham in American Beauty. I have the same car she had, and I so love that movie.. fantastic.

My parents call their car 'Lofty' because LOF are the last 3 letters and its a T reg car so they just put that together!
My sisters is 'the gimpy car' because the last 3 letters are GMP and if you say it fast enough its gimp. lol

My car's called Alice, but my other's have been called Big Black Boy, Little Blue and Brian. And I've loved them all! I love driving!

I don't have a name for my new car yet but our old Buick Le Sabre was a dependable old car so I called her old Bessie. LOL
