It's an ancient Babylonian religion. All these horrorscopes of today are based on that. It changes with the centuries and adapts to any new planets found. So you can say that whatever you want of it, is easily made as the scientists find more, and more information on our solar system, and the stars.
The high priests, and priestesses will adapt for you.
Particularly in the English states as the language is so adaptable itself, that you can literally make up a definition to fit your lifestyle.
Mainly the religion is a hoax. It does have a lot of persuasive powers in that it seems to peg certain groups into certain time periods of birth. Somewhat accurately (this depends on your idea of accurate) but it has an eerie ability to do this. Myself I don't question that information, I question the source of that information. My questions have lead me to believe the source is evil. I stay away from it.

Sagittarian's Secret Desire: To make a difference in the world
Sagittarian's Spiritual Goal: To learn to use their talents to guide others.
Secret Sagittarius
Inside anyone who has strong Sagittarian influences is a person who wants to be free. Possessive partners, conservative thinkers, and bureaucrats with whom Sagittarius comes into contact should be aware of this. No matter who or what the cause, the Sagittarian who is held back in life, in love, or in opportunity for spiritual growth will be unhappy, even though he or she will keep smiling through all adversities. Like the centaur, one of the Sagittarian symbols, the Sagittarian personality exercises conflict between mind and body. The Sagittarian purpose is to overcome this conflict so that they may guide others.
Although you have a huge capacity for putting your foot in it, you are innocent and free of malicious intent. Your speech is blunt and can, frankly, be extremely unsubtle and tactless. You tend to be oblivious to this, thinking of yourself (rightly) as honest, frank and earnest, and you loathe lying and cheating, but you are a good promoter. Under your bumbling innocent exterior there is a sharp mind with high standards. You have wit, intelligence and a fiery inner drive, which usually persists into old age. You have a refreshing sense of humour, but are often not so good at telling jokes and others may laugh at the telling rather than your material. You tend to be restless and can't stay still. You are often attracted to dangerous sports, as you like the element of risk and speed. You love animals. Your temper can be roused if you sense that your natural friendliness and extrovert good nature is being taken for granted. You tend to speak first and think of the consequences later. You give in to illness very reluctantly and tend to recover very quickly. Perhaps your inherent optimism helps the healing process. Show business is full of Sagittarians, as you tend to be extrovert and daring. You may have a strong religious belief but sometimes as you age you become more skeptical. You adore travel. Often a bit of a gambler, you are warm and wonderful in love but difficult to pin down. Beware the love of too much food and drink and your difficulty in keeping a secret.
Love & Blessings
