I think that way way way waaay out into the solar system, there is a whole another earth, and on that earth thier is people just like us, with cars, electricity, airplanes jobs houses etc. and They live the same everyday life as us. Do you agree or disagree? Tell me why.

Technology is still advancing everyday and you don't know that for sure.

Well, maybe astrnauts haven't found them yet because it is too deep into the solar system and to a certain point the astronauts can not go any farther in space, and the other world may be beyond that point.

I once had a science teacher in high school back in 1954 that tried to make us comprehend just how big our solar system is. He used an example of a sandy beach as far as you could see and used a grain of sand as an example as being our planet earth amongst all of those other grains of sand on this beach. And then made the comment "what do you think the odds of our grain of sand as having living beings living beings on it?"
It still makes me think that we are not alone in this universe.
Now we know that our galaxy is not the only one out there I would like to believe that there are other planets out there that support life and probably more advanced than ours.

I agree to a point. I have no doubt that there are others out in the solar system some where (anybody with an open mind would agree there is no way we can be the only life forms in the solar system). Are they just like us living, working, breeding and advancing? I am sure they are. Would I compare them to us? No. As in other cultures everybody is different in their own way and have their own beliefs. This is why we as Americans call anybody entering our country without permission an illegal alian. We really know nothing of their culture/backround. Is it to bold to say that this is the way most people look at People from other races and places? We are always wondering what they have been through, what they are up too, who they really are, what they believe in and the list goes on. Why would anybody/anything be so different? People base their opinions on things they have yet to see or know. Only the ignorant would believe that in the vast unknown we are the only people. As to your question, I agree with you but in the same breath believe there are many different lifeforms out there all of which can be more advanced, less advanced or even the same as us in our technical standing.

Any planet very far from the Sun would be frozen. Any planet close enough to the Sun to stay warm would be easily seen from Earth as a bright star in the sky, just like Mars or Venus (Venus is the really bright star in the western sky at sunset right now). Any planet in the same orbit as Earth but on the other side of the Sun would not stay there. Gravitational instabilities would make it drift to one of the Lagrange points 60 degrees ahead of or behind the Earth, and there it would be easily visible. The only possible place there could be such a planet would be in a different solar system; orbiting a different star.

No man we are not special. Special in appearance maybe but that would be it.
I'm sure there are civilizations far advanced than we. I believe there are civilizations still waiting to arise on planets with primitive life. I believe life and civilization are natural in OUR universe because the laws of physics in OUR universe allow for life. Some universes might not be so lucky. Here and now though, there are probably millions if not billions of civilizations that rise and fall with the eons man. We're just another one in a cycle of life on this planet alone.
All the universe needs is time. From what we've learned the Universe has had nothing but time. We've also learned that the Universe has alot more time before the end. I just hope humanity learns to live with itself so someday in the distant future we could learn to coexist with other civilizations throughout our galaxy.
Is it likely that the exact same species as us arose on another system or will arise on another system? I say no. I think each system is unique in the life that springs from it.
Is it totally out of the question that a very similar species could arise in a system that closely resembles ours? No. In this great universe of diversity anything is possible.

I agree, to the point that somewhere in the universe some form of life has evolved and learned to harness the abilities of the natural resouces at their disposal. However, since their entire plant would be different than ours, their technology would differ as well. I have no doubt there is life out there that lives on their plant and wonders if there is life other then them in the universe. We may never meet these creatures, we may never know them, but I think the universe is too big to think that only 1 planet managed to spawn intelegent life.

Why would you believe that? As you get farther away from the sun it gets too cold to support earthly life at all.
If you mean to go beyond our solar system into another one with another sun, almost anything is possible. We are only one planet orbiting one star in all the vastness of the universe, and it's hard to imagine earth is the only place with life.

I agree wholeheartedly. The reason is simple. Just look at the chances of their being life in the solar system using the "Drake equation". This is an equation formulated back around 1945 and takes many things into account such as a star with a planet, a planet with water, chances of life on such a planet, chances of intelligent life on that planet, and so on. In 1945 when they didn't have as good of an astronomical map as we do today, they estimated their to be 50,000 intelligent life forms JUST IN OUR GALAXY!!!!!!!! That's a lot of "people" out there thinking the same things we're thinking right now. Doesn't it just make you want to meet them or be happy??? It's very weird and amusing to think that and it makes me want to live a peaceful, meaningful life.

Of course not. People like us can only live in a very specific region of the solar system, known as the habitable zone. Venus and Mars are at the extreme edges of that zone. There are plenty of large rocks out at the edge of the solar system, Pluto being one, but no life like ours can exist out there naturally.

Not in this solar system. Maybe somewhere else, but I don't think we can ever find out because the universe is just too big

There are too many things about us that make like the earth one of a kind. Not just its distance, but the one large stabilizing moon, the molten metal core to allow magnetic field for protection against harmful radiation. The right amount of oceans to stabilize our climate. Being in an area of a galaxy that is not to chaotic. and so on and so on. Each requirement for life makes it harder to try to duplicate.
