i don't like him. he is such a hypocrite. I mean he plays like this great savior to the global warming, but he drives a hummer and his house uses up more electricity in a month than the average family would in a year. He lacks the substance that go's behind this crap he is saying. My vote goes to Obama.

Compared to the alternatives that are out there, yes, I do. If it were not for him and his global warming crusade, the topic would not be widely discussed like it is now. Because of his work, he's put the topic on the front of Congressional debate and has even persuaded some conservative anti-global warmning people to set back and think a minute. So in that sense I support what he's doing.

The fact that he is a major consumer of major pollution-producing products is enough reason to completely dismiss EVERYTHING he has to say about environmental awareness.
If he showed up at his talks in a hemp suit riding a horse and buggy and lived in an adobe house that's solar, wind, and/or water powered, then maybe I would listen to him.

As it stands he should featured in the dictionary under the word "hypocrite"

He even cast the deciding vote as Vice Pres to TAX social security benefits-

And his carbon credits - are going to HIS company

Loved his statement about civil rights - His father (senator) voted AGAINST the civil rights ammendment

what a man!

I like another man from Tennessee better - former Sen Fred Thompson

Al Gore could be a good "poster child" for a mental disease...God love him!

....first he "invented the Internet" and now he know more than all the scientist about "Global warming"

...I have taken care of people with the same "God complex" before and hey, medication could probably help HIM!

haven't given him much thought and can't say yet who'll I'll be voting for, depends on who wins the primaries. As far as voting the primaries, depends on who has the best plans for our people and the country and who seems most sincere. They all talk a good game but knowing who'll follow through is another story.

Does he really drive a hummer? Ha ha, I always wondered about him. Just never fit that one of the political elites would talk about the environment at all.

I knew he was FOS back in 1988. He's the guy who hung Willie Horton on Michael Dukakis, not George H.W. Bush.

People tend to forget that now that the Ozone Man is a movie star.
