You know you need to have a fact checker.
Someone here illegally and to committ terrorism is not eligible for our constitutional rights they are hear as military combatants.
G bay is not the torture club it has been portrayed as. I met a soldier last year who was there and he gave me a different picture than the media has shown us and since I know this guy and his family I know when he is lying and he was not about Gitmo.
Do you know what wars do try looking at pictures and maps of Germany and France during WWII. And I can tell you the destruction in Iraq is no where 1/100 of the damage our bombers did to German towns. Your object in war is to root out the enemy and kill him.
Yes sometimes there are evil soldiers. Every country from day one has had evil one. Hell I am friends and related to a number of police officers and I know that there are other police officers I would not trust ever because they are evil unlike the 99.9% who are good cops. Same with our soldiers. and Speaking of killing and raping you do need a fact check - My best friend a female was in Iraq for 10 months she toured the rape rooms Saddam and the Bathists set up and heard what that country did to its women as basic govt policy.
And the Patriot Act was voted on by both parties not just Reps. Try living in other country's if you think it is too tough and you will be hit with a lot tougher law especially in our so called great Western beacons of peace in Europe.

Patriot Act is the same laws used to stop organized crime and was tested in our courts and ACLU couldn't find much wrong with it. When abuses were found people were punished.
Killing and rapping women- Those guys are doing time. Unlike those who are beheading people and killing women children with no international outcry you know your buddies the Muslim terrorists.
Destruction of Iraqi towns- call war deal with it.
saddam was warn but refused UN resolutions so he was punished.
Habeas Corpus not by passed
Those in Gitmo are putting on weight while the Muslim terrorists behead people.
How can you call yourself a humanist and only pick on one side.
