Try some of those hangover prevention pills, like Chaser or Sober X, or something like that. You take some before you start drinking, and you take more as you continue to drink, and when you wake up in the morning, you won't have a hangover.
If you don't do that, then try 3 Advil and a huge glass of chocolate milk. That gets rid of mine every time.

Hang overs are caused by dehydration. So drink lots of water either right before you go to bed after a night of drinking or when you wake up. Carbs do help as well and rest helps out a lot too but thats a given.

Oh, this one is right of my alley. Believe me or not, but when I grew up in Russia we did not even hear of Alka-Seltzer or any pills that would cure your "self-inflicted" headache. Besides in the time when everyone tries to stay as organic as possible, who wants to put more chemicals that pollution already does?
So, the answer is simply stupid - picked tomatoes or cucumbers, or if you cannot stand this kind of food try hot black (and I mean very black) tea with lots of sugar.
Will be fresh at no time.

From what I can remember have a drink setting on your nightstand so when you wake up in the morning get yourself a swallow or two before you get out of the bed.Thats what I used to do and hardly ever had a hangover.Hope it helps!

look, the reason your head hurts is because your dehydrated. drink some water and take some advil, but in the future, drink water before drinking alchol, or have a small glass of water after you have a few drinks. if youre getting sick, best thing to do is just get it outta your system, again, drink water, and have some dry toast. youll get hungry later.
