problems with 2002 subaru wrx , passing too much gas, not passing 5,000 rpm's?

Question

i have try everithing i can think of and is burning too much gas, passing too much unburn gas...

i change

mass air flow sensor--------
spark plugs---------
2 O2 sensors
throttle control ---------
ecu -------

i got no misfire no check engine at all, and the motor will not pass 5.000 rpm's and it would chock,

turbo if fine but i have some exaust smoke out of it

help me im new with subarus i only work with nissans

so please help me '' dont answer if you dont got any idea, or if you dont know nothing about subaru''

What type of modifications do you have on it? What type of ECU are you using? I think it just needs to be re-programed. Check your air and fuel filters.

Plugged, or collapsed air filter not allowing enough air into the engine?

Plugged our collapsed Catalytic Converter restricting exhaust flow and creating too much backpressure.

Smashed exhaust pipe?

your back cat exhaust is clogged check the up pipe and other pipes too much open throtle on the ecu settings. give it a shot and email me and tell me if i right id be interested to know. [e-mail]

your turbo actuator (wastegate is stuck in slightly open position..) thats reduced the boost pressure but the ecu still sensing ure on-boost the ecu still giving more gas..
