I've heard that the Japanese don't learn about the atomic bomb being dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Before I read your fine print. I was going to mention WW2.
Countries only tell us what they want to. or can. Including the
USofA.It's not just the UK, It's the whole world.
Some day this pc will get me in trouble. As Betty used to say

Nope i don't think we ever covered that but i think as times move on i think lesson plans will cover history from other countries

i had to learn european history in high school...

some people dont care about us history and others find us fascinting. from friends- many dont.... but alot know a bit of our history.
