For original scores, The Lord of the Rings soundtracks are cool. Also, Pirates of the Caribbean, and City of Angels. That is an older one, but there are some great songs on there. Even on the regular soundtrack with bands, there are songs by Jude and Peter Gabriel that are nice. Those are the only ones I can think of right off, I usually like the soundtracks with the bands.
