20 drops per mililiter is correct. So 6 drops would be .3ml

Maybe 20 drops per milliliter is correct for some fluids but it is NOT correct for others. The size of the drop largely depends upon the surface tension of the liquid assuming an orifice small enough to create drops rather than a stream. If you want an ACCURATE answer then tare the balance with a small cup on it, count out 100 drops, divide the weight gain by 100, divide by the density then take the reciprocal of the answer and multiply by 0.3

Of course, it depends on your dropper, but when I was doing chemistry in college, the average was about twenty drops to one milliliter. So 0.3 mL would be about 6 drops.
